While the Associated Press and Shepard Fairey battle it out over fair use, I thought perhaps we could all get in on the action. Here is the iconic Obama HOPE poster, but realized in a different medium and with a different message. Fair use, right?

The Art You Can Xerox sculpture (pictured below) is available for purchase. The sculpture consists of a ream of 500 Art You Can Xerox photocopy prints. The prints are then shrink-wrapped to create a durable sculptural artifact.

The photocopying process results in subtle variations and degradations to the original source, making each sheet — and therefore each sculpture — unique and, thus, art.
